The Pro-18RC Klipsch Ceiling Speakers are In-Ceiling in nature, best known for their dynamic sound reproduction in any home theater system. The low and high-frequency drivers have 8” IMG (Injection Molded Graphite) woofer and 1” Aluminium dome tweeter paired with the Tractrix® horn, respectively.
The Pro-18RC Klipsch Ceiling Speakers feature the modular SecureFit™ System for sturdy installations. This system allows us to support the speaker’s dog legs by hand to a preset clamping force after you install the speaker into the ceiling’s cutout hole. The ceiling speaker is then screwed to the bezel through machine screws to prevent it from over-torquing.
Being equipped with Controlled Dispersion Technology™ (CDT), the tweeter and Woofer can be angled up to 15° in any direction, therefore ensuring the sound frequencies to reach any listening positions easily.
The bezel in the Pro-18RC Klipsch Ceiling Speakers comes with a uniquely designed magnetic steel grille which seamlessly and firmly holds the speaker in its position.
To fit flawlessly into any interior style, these professional Klipsch Ceiling speakers include round as well as square grilles to blend into any space ideally.
As a precautionary feature, the Pro-18RC has a coat of magnetic PVC paint as a protective layer against the paint or harsh dust during renovations, and several other factors capable of damaging the speaker.
